Ray & Marion got married in November 2016 at the Radisson Blu hotel in London's Canary Wharf. The location couldn't nave be more idyllic on a crisp winter's day. The hotel was simple, trendy and romantic especially coupled with the decor themed with Tiffany & Co. The theme was fitting as Ray had proposed to Marion with a Tiffany ring at a Tiffany store! The wedding was absolutely beautiful because of the intimacy with close friends and family, each and everyone played an important part in their lives and love story. The wedding was even more special as it also served as a farewell to their loved ones before Ray & Marion embarked on a new life abroad with their son as a young family. Here a few photos of their special day :) x

Sahr & Becky's West African Inspired Wedding
Happy New Year!! It's been a long time coming (not to mention that this is my first blog post for 2017!) - I'm really delighted to share with you photos from Sahr & Becky's wedding who exchanged their vows on 25th September 2016 at the Anglican Parish of St Stephen and St Mark Lewisham before holding their wonderful reception in Tudor Barn in Eltham. An interesting fact: Tudor Barn dates back as far as the 16th century - so when Sahr & Becky told me their wedding was going to be a fusion of West African tradition meets traditional English (more specifically, South London), they were pretty much spot on!
The fab couple wanted a wedding that represented their background which I think they captured very beautifully (Sahr originally from Sierra Leone and Becky from South London). Becky was inspired by the West African tradition where the traditional fabric would normally form part of the wedding celebrations. The couple picked out a vibrant fabric and they asked their bridesmaids, groomsmen, including guests to take part (if they so wished) by getting creative making dresses, shirts and skirts using the chosen cloth. I thought the whole concept was such a thoughtful idea and very different!
